Follow the Call of Mother Nature’s Lady Garden has been years in the making, both on the canvas and within myself.

As this painting slowly took shape, I found myself exploring what it means to grow into the kind of woman I want to be. One who listens to the quiet guidance of Mother Nature. One who laughs loudly. One who creates things like this, no matter how bonkers the concept may seem.

This piece is a big, leafy thank you to Her, and to all the feminine forces who have lifted me, loved me, and helped me grow.

Look closely and you’ll find a disco ball nestled in the branches, because nature sparkles in every season. The leaves themselves are made from old notes, poems, and birthday cards, recycled from tree to paper and back to leaf once more.

A small sign reads “Leave no trace.” It’s a gentle reminder to live sustainably and to follow the sparkling call of Mother Nature. She invites us to tread lightly and shows us that there is so much to discover when we move in time with her rhythms and lessons.

Yonic shapes, swirling skies, and quiet celebration weave through the branches. The piece is playful, personal, and a little bit cheeky.
